Purchased in 2025, MED1 was NorthStar's first-ever ambulance, the vehicle that carried the company from an idea into action. What began as a single ambulance and a small team with a big vision soon grew into something much greater - but MED1 has always remained at the heart of it all.

From its first day in service, MED1 has proved itself more than ready for the challenge. It's been on standby at major events, responded to emergencies in all conditions, and carried patients with care and dignity when it mattered most. MED1 became a symbol of what NorthStar stands for: reliability, professionalism and compassion.
